At AstroFlames, we strive to provide meaningful and high-quality astrological insights. Due to the personalized nature of our services, please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Digital Products & Reports
All astrology reports, PDFs, and digital content are customized and delivered electronically.
Refunds are not applicable once a report has been generated and delivered to your email or account.
2. Consultation Services
If you book a live consultation, you may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable.
3. Duplicate Payments
In case of duplicate or accidental payments, please contact us within 7 days. After verification, a full refund of the extra amount will be processed.
4. Service Issues
If you do not receive your report within the promised delivery time, please contact us at astroflames3@gmail.com
If it is confirmed that the report was not delivered due to a system error, we will either re-deliver or offer a full refund.
5. Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for services or products if you simply change your mind after purchase.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email us at astroflames3@gmail.com with your order ID and reason for the request.
All refund requests will be processed within 5–7 business days, subject to verification.
