At AstroFlames, all our products and services are digitally delivered via email or download. We do not ship any physical products.

1. Delivery Method

All astrology reports, moon readings, PDFs, and digital content are delivered exclusively via email.

Please ensure that your email address is correct at the time of purchase.

2. Delivery Time

Digital products are usually delivered within 24 to 48 hours after successful payment.

In case of high order volume or technical delays, delivery may take up to 72 hours.

3. Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive:

A confirmation email with your order details

A separate email with your digital product or report

4. Non-Delivery

If you do not receive your order within 48 hours:

Check your spam or promotions folder

If still not found, contact us at support@astroflames.in with your order ID

5. No Physical Shipping

We do not offer printed reports, physical merchandise, or courier-based services at this time.

All our offerings are 100% digital and accessible from anywhere in the world.
